The purpose of the conflict of interest policy is to protect The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation’s (the “Foundation”) interest when it is contemplating entering into a transaction or arrangement that might benefit the private interest of an officer, director, or trustee of the Foundation or might result in a possible excess benefit transaction.

Employee Compensation Policy

The purpose of this Employee Compensation Policy is to establish fair and equitable pay practices that comply with federal and state laws and align with the mission of The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation (the “Foundation”).

Fiscal Management Policy

The purpose of this Fiscal Management Policy is to establish guidelines for the management of financial transactions and decision-making to ensure the assets of The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation (the “Foundation”) are used effectively and responsibly.

Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Prevention Policy

The purpose of this policy is to establish a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability and to provide guidelines for the prevention, detection, and correction of fraud, waste, and abuse within The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation (the “Foundation”).

Gift Acceptance Policy

The purpose of this Gift Acceptance Policy is to establish guidelines for The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation (CTHF) regarding the types of gifts that can be accepted and the process for acceptance.

Governance Policy

This Governance Policy is established to ensure that The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation (CTHF) operates in a manner that is consistent with its mission and values, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Incident Reporting Policy

The purpose of this Incident Reporting Policy is to ensure that all incidents, regardless of their nature, are reported promptly and managed appropriately. This policy aims to maintain the safety and well-being of our clients, staff, and volunteers, as well as to uphold the integrity and reputation of The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation.

Whistleblower Policy

The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation (CTHF) is committed to lawful and ethical behavior in all of its activities and requires its staff, board members, volunteers, and others who are associated with the Foundation to act in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, and to report any suspected misconduct.

Records Retention and Destruction Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that necessary records and documents of The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation are adequately protected and maintained and to ensure that records that are no longer needed by the Foundation or are of no value are discarded at the proper time.
